Yes! Semi-private events are available for parties of 15-30 people.
In order to secure the date and time for your event, a room fee of $350 is required upon approval of your proposal. This can be paid by cash, credit card or check. This is a flat rate charge for renting the semi-private space.The room fee pays for any associated operating costs and will not be applied to the final bill.
Vino & Vibes provides service for 3 hours plus set up and clean-up. You may come 1 hour prior to your event to start the set up. If more time needed, please make arrangements with your event manager.
Please share your final guest count 3 days before your event. If your guests are not able to confirm their attendance, we will work off the original guest count included in the agreement. If the guest count is higher than the number included in the agreement, we’ll do our best to accommodate! The maximum guest amount for semi-private event will not exceed 30 people. Vino & Vibes stays open for walk-in customers during semi-private events. Guests of semi- private parties will be seated in the area of the event.
Automatic gratuity of 20% is added to all semi-private events. Any additional gratuity left for the team that served you is never expected but always appreciated. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.
We ask for 7 days notice. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of your event, 50% of the downpayment will be charged. Cancellations within less than 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of the downpayment.
If you are more than 30 minutes late without a phone call, it will be considered a cancellation and fees will apply.
Final payment is due at the end of your event and one check will be presented. We do not offer separate checks for group events. The total cost includes food, beverage, sales tax and 20% gratuity. Unfortunately, we do not accept gift cards for event payment.
You’re welcome to bring a dessert for your occasion from an outside vendor. Cake cutting fee is $2 per person.
Decorations are generally allowed. We ask to not use confetti or anything that is hard to install/remove. We do not allow anything that is taped/nailed to the walls.
