Vino & Vibes wine bar is owned by Anna & Deanna Nolan.

Deanna, a former professional basketball player and currently a DJ, was born in Flint, Michigan. Her career and love for basketball led her to many countries around the world.  The last stop of her career was in Yekaterinburg, Russia where she played for 11 years (2007-2018). She and Anna met in Yekaterinburg in 2011.

Anna grew up in Yekaterinburg, Russia and was going to become a 4th generation teacher. After graduating college with a degree in Foreign Languages she quickly realized that this was not the path she wanted to pursue. While working as a translator for the same basketball team Deanna was playing for she developed interest for wine and restaurant business.

Anna & Deanna spent a lot of time traveling all over the world for basketball and for fun. While visiting new places Deanna & Anna would always make time to go to wineries, wine bars, restaurants, wine shops and cool local spots. This is how they came up with the idea of opening a wine bar of their own. After Deanna finished her basketball career in 2018 they left Russia ready to start a new adventure together.

In Vino & Vibes you will find  an omnivorous wine list with only 50 precisely selected wines, meticulous craft cocktails and a selection of small plates that will pair perfectly with your today's wine of choice. Fascinating atmosphere of a historical building of 1905 will greet you with cozy brick walls, warmth of the original maple floors and a modern loft touch from the Russian designer Tatiana Moiseeva. We always dreamt of having a wine bar that would combine European esthetics, Russian hospitality and American service.
